"............We were 230 miles from home in our 2010 Bailey Pegasus 534 and the Truma water heater started leaking flooding the caravan. (We had been having trouble from Day 1) The Warden of the Sandringham CC Site recommended Anthony from A C Caravans so I immediately rang him. Anthony told me over the phone what to check and advised me as to what had probably happened during a recent repair at Discover Darlington, I managed to repair the leak and enjoy the rest of our holiday to East Anglia.

" Having purchased a used Bailey Ranger on Ebay, I spoke to a caravanning colleague at work about a servicing to check it out. He immediately recommended A/C Caravans. Anthony and his son duly arrived on time and got to work.
After 3 and a half hours I was presented with a detailed report on the vans condition. What was immediate and what needed keeping an eye on.
My mind was put at rest by the professionalism of Anthony and his manner.

..."We have just arrived back from our 3 months touring holiday in France and you may like to know the outcome of the Fiamma F45S awning that you fitted? Brilliant piece of kit, can be folded away in 2 mins.
The total mileage was 4434 up and down many steep hill, with tight right hand bends where the high weight inertia was at its maximum. Plus, straight line Speeds at 70 mph+ with progressive turns on the motorways.
The caravan didn't flinch or cause any concern what so ever. Matter of fact this caravan towed better than any other I have had, and I've had a few.
So, I my opinion, should anyone else need one fitting you can do it with confidence providing the weight distribution is similar to mine. Just thought these comments may help you as there was some reservations of fitting one..."

....Just a short note to thank you for your prompt and efficient service when you came to fix our Spinflo oven. (That a well known retailer of Motor Homes Dealer was unable to fix.)
We have now used it three times and has not gone out of its own accord.
Have just today received the Carry Bike Rack that we talked about, so when you have a slot in your diary, please give us a ring so we can arrange for its fitting.

I have just had a home visit from AC Caravans (Anthony and Sons) and I am very impressed with their professionalism and quality of their work.

Even though our water heater, which was leaking inside the van, is obsolete they were able to repair it with a second hand part. A thorough test was done to prove the repair and the bill was very reasonable.

This was my first contact with them, but they are certain to get more work from me when I need other repairs or service.
