The quality of tank stored drinking water has long been an issue in the leisure industry, with constantly changing storage temperatures, and quality of the source of supply varying from site to site, the options have been to purchase bottled water, tolerate poor water quality, or add chemical based sterilising compounds that taste of chlorine, and are carcinogenic (give you cancer).
There is now a natural alternative, it is tasteless, and being natural is not carcinogenic. 1pure delivers purified drinking water for less than 3p per litre, which compares very well with bottled water. 1pure has been tested, and proved, by the Phytobac preservation test as stable i.e. contaminated water remains in perfect drinking condition for not less than 28 days, if you use a chemical based product it is only stable for 4-6 hours.

At the beginning of the season you would sterilise the water system (at a ratio of 1:500), and then the water should be drained through the system. From then on you would use 1pure for purifying the water to drink (using 1:2000), the constant use of 1pure for purification, would continue to break down any scale and biofilm in associated pipe work and filters, as well as the drainage system and waste tank, whilst killing any micro-organisms in the drinking water. The water supply on many vehicles/craft is also used for the toilet flush, so will also enter the toilet basin and help break down micro-organisms, so 1pure follows the complete chain. (When sterilising, it can also be flushed into the toilet cassette, thus sterilising the cassette if left for 30 minutes).

As 1pure is natural, i.e. non-aggressive, and extends the life of your in-line filters, and will extend the service life of your on-board water pump, conversely, chlorine based chemicals damage pump seals as they are aggressive, also invalidating your pump warranty. The water is not only purified, it is also softened, which will prevent the build up of scale in your water heater system.
